Every shed is built on site by trained carpenters and can be configured with the doors, windows, and accessories that fit how you’ll actually use it.
How pricing works
Simple, all-inclusive pricing for site-built sheds.
Every Shedscape shed is custom built on site and priced to include all materials, on-site construction, and sales tax. You won’t see separate line items for delivery, leveling, or “onsite build” fees — your base price covers the complete shed build from start to finish.
What’s Included with Every Shed
- On-site construction by trained carpenters.
- Floating-deck floor system with TuffBlock footings.
- 2x6 pressure-treated floor joists.
- 3/4" AdvanTech floor sheathing.
- 6.5' high sidewalls (upgradeable to 7' or 8')
- LP SmartSide siding (factory-primed)
- Double doors (4' or 5' span, depending on size).
- One or two 18"×27" sliding sash windows on most sizes.
- White PVC trim (low maintenance, will not rot).
- Gable vents to keep your shed dry and cool.
- 4" roof overhangs with fascia and aluminum drip edge.
- Architectural shingles (pick your color).
